Head Cook - $ 12.00/hour
The Head Cook is responsible for planning menus for all groups keeping special food requests in mind, ordering food within budget guidelines, managing kitchen staff, monitoring schedules, preparing meals for all groups, serving meals in a timely fashion, and maintaining the kitchen facilities according to CO Dept. of Health standards.
Kitchen Helper - $ 10.00/hour
The Kitchen Helper's responsibilities are: to assist the Head Cook with food preparation and service and to help maintain the kitchen facilities.
Dishwasher - Minimum Wage/hour
The Dishwasher's responsibilities are: to assist with food service and clean up and washing dishes for all meals.
Caretaker - $ 12.00/hour
The Caretaker's responsibilities include: Overseeing the maintenance of our property and on-site buildings as needed, the cleanliness and general overall appearance of camp grounds, the cleaning of all facilities, necessary repairs and general upkeep of all systems (water, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing), and completion of projects as assigned by the Camp Manager and/or Board. See that all facility operations function well to support the needs of the ministry, staff and guests/participants. This includes, but is not limited to, providing janitorial/housekeeping services; order appropriate supplies within budget guidelines; keep camp grounds and buildings clean and safe according to state health code regulations; communicate effectively with other staff and Camp Manager; keep up-to-date maintenance records and inventories; and organize and oversee volunteer work groups.

Volunteers
Beaver Creek Youth Camp offers many opportunities to be a counselor at our youth camps, to help around the camp, maintenance and repairs, cleaning, and upcoming building projects. Help change the world one camper at a time.
Volunteers make all the difference in our ability to provide quality guest and camper experiences at reasonable prices. Come volunteer for a week, a day or all summer.
Beaver Creek Youth Camp can use your gifts:
Our Youth Camps need volunteers with special skills such as: music, small group leadership, crafts, low ropes & rock climbing, lifeguarding, activity leadership, hiking, and working with children and youth.To become a summer volunteer:
1) Fill out the Volunteer form attached to receive a volunteer packet.
2) Complete and return the volunteer application.
3) Complete the health form included in the volunteer packet.
4) Secure 3 written references.
5) Participate in training and/or planning sessions.
6) Commit your full attention to the spiritual, mental, emotional, physical and safety needs of campers as you live, play and pray with them during camp. Feel the satisfaction in changing the world ~ one camper at a time.
NOTE: All volunteers must complete the clearance process.
