CONDUCT EXPECTATIONS:
1)
You will be
expected to serve the camp to the best of your ability in the capacity of
_____________________.
2)
You will be
expected to honestly and accurately complete a timesheet on a weekly basis.
3)
Personal business
(i.e. personal phone calls, text-messaging, etc.) will be conducted on personal
time.
4)
You will be
expected to provide the Camp Manager with a minimum of 24 hours notice before
requested time off.
5)
You will be
expected to relate to fellow full-time staff, volunteer staff, campers, Camp
Director and Camp Manager with courtesy, respect and love and to conduct
yourself in a Christian manner befitting the purpose of Beaver Creek Youth
Camp.

SPECIAL
CONDITIONS OF AGREEMENT:
Dismissals: The Camp Manager reserves the right to request the
resignation of the staff member if a situation of irreconcilable differences
should arise between the Camp Manager and employee. This includes failure to
comply with the terms of this contract. Dismissal notices will be in writing
with reasons clearly and specifically stated. 24 hour notices will be common
practice, unless gross misconduct warrants immediate dismissal.
Resignation: Employee will give a minimum of one week’s notice of
their resignation. During the time between notice and actually leaving the
position, the employee will do all in their power to protect the interest of
the camp and to adhere to the expectations of this agreement.
The signing of this Agreement by the
Camp Manager, __________________________, and employee, __________________________,
binds them to the terms of the agreement.
